PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
Requests for refills on medications will be ready to pick up the next day.
Some requests require special ordering so please call before you run out so that we have your refill in-stock when you need it.
RETURNING MEDICATIONS
Dear Clients,
It comes to our attention that occasionally an item may need to be returned. If the item was defective or ordered improperly we will be happy to replace the item or credit your account. Unfortunately, we are not legally permitted to accept returns on prescriptions, even if they are unopened. We can not return these items to our stock in any way and our receptionists have been asked to immediately discard any items that are left. Please understand that we do this to protect your pet’s safety and our liability.
Our food manufacturers will provide credit for returns made to our office.
If you have any questions please leave a message for the veterinarian who prescribed the medication or the office manager. Thank you for your understanding.

ORDERING HILLS PRESCRIPTIONS DIET FOOD
Place orders by Wednesday each week to ensure Friday delivery.
Food is available for pick up after 3 pm.
AFTER-HOUR EMERGENCIES
When we are closed, AAVEC (Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic) is OPEN and will see your pet if you have an emergency situation.
